My name is Katie Counce, and I am an experienced and reliable title professional with more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Throughout my career, I have built a strong reputation for my personable style and impressive solution orientated title skills. I have developed lasting relationships with a multitude of real estate professionals, spanning across agents, investors, lenders, and builders.

I have extensive experience in all things residential – I have loved working on luxury residential accounts and enjoy the challenge that comes along with handling complex investment transactions. Over my career I have been fortunate enough to have been cross trained and mentored by some of the best in the business in our local commercial real estate space. Multifamily and portfolio transactions are where I really shine in the commercial sector.

I am known for my responsiveness, effective communication style, and people-first approach. This combined with my technical knowledge has helped me become a force in the real estate space over the last decade.

I work closely with clients and business partners to make every transaction as low-stress and as seamless as possible. I believe that a successful business is built on trust, communication, consistency, and strong relationships.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and three boys. We stay active within our community, youth sports, and I am dedicated to advocating for my special needs son.
